If you are experiencing a problem with Music MasterWorks or In-Tune, make sure:
1. You are using the latest version of the product.
2. You have the latest version of your sound card driver.
You can obtain the latest version of your sound card driver from the manufacturer.
To find the name of your sound card manufacturer select, from the Start Menu, 'Settings' - 'Control Panel' - 'System' - 'Device Manager'. Then click to expand the 'Sound, video and game controllers' section. Your sound card driver should be listed there. Select it, and then select the 'Properties' button. Then select the 'Driver' tab. This will give you the name of the provider and the date of the driver. Note: If you have a ".MID" file to go along with the reported problem, or have a 'MusicAppStackWalk.LOG' file (debug log created on program crash) in your install directory, please send us an e-mail instead of this form, with those files attached.
